This format is suitable to be placed in very specific spaces such as corridors, narrow spaces, rooms with high ceilings, staircases, etc. It is a format that provides us with a different way of observing the pictorial work, almost always shifting our gaze from the bottom to the top, contemplating all the details of the painting. It has also almost always been used for portraits and human figures. However, in this case we will focus on urban paintings and city scenes.
