Sales contracts concluded through e-commerce between 
www.cuadrossplash.com and the consumer shall be governed by the following Conditions 
General Contracting:
 1-The contract of sale is concluded with A.L. Cabello (Cuadros Splash) with Tax Identification Code ES05361665C, with registered office in Calle Miguel Angel, 4 local 3, Talavera de la Reina. You can contact us by e-mail at cuadrossplash@gmail.com.
2-Conclusion of the contract. By clicking on the "Finish purchase" button, you are issuing a binding declaration of intent by which you accept the conclusion of the order and are obliged to pay for it. You will then receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, confirming the conclusion of the contract. Contracts concluded in the online shop are archived. You can access the orders placed in your customer account or by sending an email.
3-The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include shipping costs and ownership of the product will be transferred by full payment of the price. 
4-Shipping. The products offered on the website will be sent to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Likewise, they will be sent to any point of the European Union. The international shipping rates will be made according to the measures of the order. Unless otherwise indicated, the products will be delivered within the period determined by the transport company at the agreed rate. The product will only be sent once the payment for it has been received and made within the delivery time indicated on each product, which will generally be 30 working days. In specific periods of high commercial activity, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Epiphany or Easter, the delivery of orders may take a little longer than the indicated days. Even transport companies can delay their delivery due to the accumulation of shipments.
Shipping costs. The following costs will be applied per shipment regardless of the number of articles: 
Peninsula 12 ?, Balearic Islands 30 ?, Canary Islands 60 ?, Ceuta and Melilla 60 ?, Portugal 20 ?. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, when the purchase made needs to be sent in more than one package, the transport company will be consulted to adjust the price of the shipment.
5-Methods of payment. The following payment methods are offered: bank transfer, deposit in account, credit/debit card and cash on delivery . This method implies the previous payment of 40% as an amount on account, with an increase of 6% on the rest of the amount, with a minimum of 6 ?, which will be paid to the transport company. In the case of selecting bank transfer, you will be provided by e-mail with the details of the account to which you must make the transfer. 
6-Delivery. According to the article 98.3LGDCU, the products offered on the website will be sent to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipments will be made outside the aforementioned delivery area, specifically to the European Union, after agreement with the consumer and once the delivery conditions have been accepted by him/her. 
7-Information about the delivery time. Unless otherwise indicated, the products will be delivered within the period indicated in the particular conditions of each product and they will only be sent once the payment for them has been received. If for reasons beyond the control of Cuadros Splash this deadline is not met, we undertake in any case to deliver the product within 30 days.
8-Transmission of risk: It is important that you inspect the package at the time of 
the delivery and formulate the corresponding complaints and objections if it detects that the package is in bad condition or presents an evident deterioration, as a consequence of the transport. In this case, claim the problem by writing it down on the delivery note and if it is not possible to review the product signing it "unless reviewed". Then contact us at cuadrossplash@gmail.com.
9-Defects and complaints. If the consumer receives his order and it presents some flaw, he must communicate it within 24 hours of its receipt via email or telephone sending proof of it (photo, description) attaching his data (customer name, order number) to Splash Tables from Monday to Friday from 10:00h to 14:00 h and from 17:00h to 21:00 h. The damaged item will be replaced at no extra cost.

10 - Product information: Due to the peculiarity of our activity (handmade painting), we would like to point out that the paintings may present slight variations with respect to the images shown in our online shop, such as in the textures (in which cracks may appear due to drying), colours and finishes.
Our experience tells us that depending on the type of device or screens of the customers, these differences can be accentuated or faded.
The products are paintings made by us, with cotton canvas, on a wooden frame of 3 cm or 3.5 cm thick. The painting used is high quality acrylic of Fine Arts, with mixed technique. The finish of the painting is presented with the painted edges.
10a-Frames Splash reserves the right to reject any order made under the explicit and involuntary error (misconfiguration of price tables, images, descriptions, data ... etc) due to computer errors, proceeding to the refund of the amount paid by the customer or offering the same another alternative or solution.

11-Information about the withdrawal Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an e-mail. 
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment employed by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund. We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods and are satisfied that they have arrived in perfect condition. You must return the goods to us or deliver them directly to Cuadros Splash without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the end of this period. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 
The return must be made in its original packaging, with the bubble wrap and all the elements with which it was packed, in perfect condition and after acceptance by us.
Products made to order and personalised products cannot be returned. Likewise, products that are damaged or improperly handled will be returned to the customer without any refund. Neither will accept returns of products for presenting slight variations in color or texture (cracks of drying), due to assessments in different screens of electronic devices (computer, tablet, mobile), as this case is detailed in the general conditions.
12-Customer acceptance. The user/customer agrees by reading and understanding the General Conditions of Contract to accept them, as well as to provide accurate information on all data concerning the contractual relationship with Cuadros Splash. 
13-Intellectual property and copyright. Cuadros Splash owns the content of this website in its entirety, is protected by the law of intellectual property and industrial, as well as the regulations governing domain names. It is not permitted to use these contents by means of actions aimed at hiding the origin or source of the same for commercial purposes, either totally or partially, nor their transformation or exploitation for a purpose contrary to the law, which could cause damage to the interests of the owner, in his image, by unfair competition or that go generally against the Law of Intellectual Property. However, it is possible to use all or part of its contents without profit as long as it is done through links to cuadrossplash.com making the source appear, (articles 31 to 34 of the Law on Intellectual Property, Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 1996 of April 12). 
Cuadros Splash owns the copyright of the works that make up its website, not being possible its reproduction and marketing by others. 

14-Applicable legislation: The contractual relationship between the customer/user and Cuadros Splash is subject to current Spanish legislation and for the resolution of any legal dispute, will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), renouncing the customer/user to any jurisdiction of their own.
